We want you to feel completely confident booking with Party with Zoe. If something isn't right, here's how refunds and rescheduling work.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days (or after your party has taken place, whichever comes first), refunds are handled case-by-case as described below.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Outside the 30-day money-back window, we offer flexible options:

  • 14+ days before the party: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • 7–13 days before the party: 50% refund, or reschedule for free within the next 6 months.
  • Less than 7 days before the party: We'll do our best to reschedule you (subject to availability) at no extra cost.

If we need to cancel

In the rare event Zoe needs to cancel (illness, emergency, etc.) you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Weather

Outdoor parties affected by bad weather can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at zoe@partywithzoe.com with your booking date and order details. Approved refunds usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
