Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can! Weekend dates, especially Saturdays, fill up fast, so we recommend booking several weeks ahead. Use the booking form on our Book Now page to pick your date, character and package.

Question 2

Which days can I book a party?

Accepted Answer

Our parties run on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays. Simply choose your preferred date and character on the booking form. If they’re available, you’ll be able to proceed straight to payment and secure your booking! Planning a weekday party or a kindergarten visit? Email us at zoe@partywithzoe.com to enquire about weekday availability.

Question 3

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Auckland and perform at children's parties across the region. Enter your party location on the booking form and we'll take care of the rest.

Question 4

What packages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We have four packages: Mini Meet & Greet, Classic, Deluxe and Ultimate. See the full details and pricing on our Packages page.

Question 5

How many children can you entertain?

Accepted Answer

The Classic package covers up to 14 children, Deluxe up to 20, and Ultimate up to 30. The Mini Meet & Greet is perfect for smaller gatherings. Need more room? Email us and we'll build a perfect package for you!

Question 6

Which characters can come to my party?

Accepted Answer

We offer a magical range of characters, including princesses, mermaids and fairies! Choose your favourite on the booking form to see what’s available for your date. Have a different character in mind? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

Question 7

What ages are your parties suitable for?

Accepted Answer

Our parties are best suited to children aged around 3 to 8, but there’s no strict limit! Toddlers love meeting the characters, and slightly older kids still enjoy the magic show and games. Just tell us how old the birthday child is turning on the booking form and we’ll tailor the fun to suit.

Question 8

How do I pay for my party?

Accepted Answer

Payment is taken securely online by card through Stripe when you book, so you don't need cash or bank transfers. If you'd prefer to pay in cash, email us and we'll arrange it.

Question 9

What do I need to provide for the party?

Accepted Answer

Very little! We bring the fun. While you handle the cake and candles, we'll handle the games, magic and bubbles. All you need to provide is the party space (at home or a venue) and the guests. Planning anything out of the ordinary? Pop it in the “Anything else?” box on the booking form and we’ll sort it out.

Question 10

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

50% of your payment is refundable, and the other 50% secures your date. With 14 or more days' notice you get a 50% refund or a free reschedule, and with 7 to 13 days' notice you can reschedule for free within the next 6 months. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Question 11

What if it rains or we have an outdoor party?

Accepted Answer

We know the weather can be unpredictable! If bad weather affects your outdoor party, you can move to a new location with just a few hour's notice at no extra cost, as long as the date and time stay the same. Need to change your date or time? Please give at least 24 hour's notice to avoid a 25% late-change fee.

Question 12

Who are the entertainers?

Accepted Answer

Party with Zoe is a small Auckland team of Zoe, Taygen and Carla, hand-picked and trained to the same high standard. Meet them on our team page.
